AP Research is the second core course in the AP Capstone Diploma Program and builds on the skills developed in AP Seminar. In this course, students design and conduct a year-long research project on a topic of their choice. They formulate research questions, develop research plans, gather and analyze data, and draw conclusions based on their findings. The final research project is presented in both written and oral formats, demonstrating the students' ability to engage in original research and communicate their findings effectively.
